The PCC exists to channel their anarchic energy into pure PUNK products. I want PUNK to stand for Protest - Underdog - Nusiance- Kerfuffle. It is Post-Utopian Nuclear Clothing to be worn at uprisings, in mosh pits, at festivals, skateparks, and late-night buses.
